Hubby and I were just ...I agree with this one too. Hubby and I were just talking about how it feels like a lot of the population sees having kids as a given, and we just have never seen it that way. I think we do appreciate and enjoy it much more because of that. We're also much more protective of our little ones too. I am very thankful for the parent that I've become because of infertility, I just wish there was a way to get there without the painful journey, but I guess that just wouldn't be the same. I look back at my college self and wonder what I was getting so worked up about all the time. I was always looking forward and now I just want time to slow down. These little ones just won't stay little for long. Before we know it we'll all be parents of teenagers!Ordinary Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04097349591385452530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1662710784510545022.post-5189599593547552252013-03-26T14:22:24.444+11:002013-03-26T14:22:24.444+11:00I could not agree with this post more. I know my patience is stronger because I am grateful for the blessing of my babies.

I think the best parents are the ones who want nothing more for their children than for them to be happy. I think it makes for the best children too.Ellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11474765232101971222noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1662710784510545022.post-67638305654313941622013-03-19T18:39:26.789+11:002013-03-19T18:39:26.789+11:00Beautiful post - and it completely chimes with me ...Beautiful post - and it completely chimes with me too. I think that those tough years *do* make us appreciate things more than others to whom they came easily.Silverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15524066274559867949noreply@blogger.com
